    Kathy Flaminio

    Kathy Flaminio is the creator of movemindfully, a Minnesota-based training and consulting company founded in 2009 that brings the science of mindfulness, movement, and social-emotional learning into educational, therapeutic, and home environments.  Kathy has trained more than 50,000 professionals in mindfulness, movement, and social-emotional skills strategies.  With a master's degree in social work, Kathy has more than 20 years of experience in regular and special education.

  • Chrissy Mignogna

    Chrissy Mignogna is lead trainer and director of education for movemindfully, a Minnesota-based training and consulting company founded in 2009 that brings the science of mindfulness, movement, and social-emotional learning into educational, therapeutic, and home environments. She is a frequent presenter, locally and nationally and has trained thousands of educators, parents, counselors, and therapists to use simple trauma-responsive mind-body practices in educational and therapeutic settings. Chrissy is also author of the book I am Safe: Trauma-Responsive Practices in Crisis Mental Health.
